@metal-brain saidThat "misinformation" is in the plea agreement that he signed. Further:
That is not true.
"Chansley, the 'violent insurrectionist' has said that his one "very serious regret" was "believing that when we were waved in by police officers, that it was acceptable."
https://www.zerohedge.com/political/free-jacob-chansley-musk-backs-qanon-shaman-after-new-j6-footage-emerges
The CP waved him in. Stop spreading misinformation.
"I have read this factual proffer, understand it, and agree that it is true and accurate."

Signed: Jacob Chansley

The zerohedge article repeats a falsehood assuming Chansley said it. I already cited this:
"A video of Chansley walking into the Capitol through the broken door is publicly available on the website of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia."
https://apnews.com/article/fact-check-january-6-jacob-chansley-tucker-carlson-193191103193
Just click on "publicly available" in that AP article and the download shows the windows being smashed and the rioters entering through the broken door."
At :30 Chansley can clearly be seen going through the door. No police officers are visible, much less "waving him in".

@metal-brain saidThe police wanted to prevent a bloodbath. Babbitt was shot because she was jumping through a window which was the last line of defense between a violent mob she was in front of and members of Congress and their staff in the House chamber. On page 11, I gave a YouTube link clearly showing this esp. from 11:00 to 12:45 when Babbitt was shot.
No, it was not justified to shoot a small unarmed woman that did not break in, she only entered like many other people. If you wanted someone shot then the people that were breaking the doors and windows should have been shot to prevent entry in the first place.
But then again, the CP were letting people in at another door. Were those CP fired for it?
The CP acted with remarkable restraint under the circumstances.
@no1marauder saidBabbitt did not break in. Why didn't they shoot the people breaking in?

Is it because they were feds? I can see shooting people to prevent a break in, but that is not what they did. Don't you see the contradiction in that?
Unbiased people see through that BS.

At :30? WTF is that? Give me the real time.
Plea agreements don't mean anything. People plead guilty to things they never did all of the time to get other charges dropped. I had to do so once myself for a marijuana conviction. If you knew anything about law you would know that.
@metal-brain saidShooting all the rioters smashing windows and breaking down the outside doors would have meant a massacre. Police only used deadly force when there was immient danger of the violent mob reaching the members of Congress and their staff. That action averted a possible hostage situation or even outright murder of those the rioters regarded as "traitors".

@no1marauder saidThat is obvious BS. The people smashing windows and doors were a very small minority of people. Many people did not even condone that sort of thing. Remember when Ray Epps suggested going into the CB? Most people chanted "fed fed fed fed fed fed fed fed fed".

Normal people see through your BS. You have been fed cherry picked propaganda for over 1 year and now complete idiots are claiming Tucker is the cherry picker after a few days. Pathetic! All he did was fight cherry picking with cherry picking and he didn't have a whole freaking year + to do it. Pathetic!
Congress had their special underground subway system to escape. They were never in a danger. The very assertion of that is laughable!
@no1marauder saidThat is a lie! You are making up BS as you go along and it is obvious to anyone with common sense. I am calling you on your BS. How many people were breaking in the doors and windows? Give me the exact number. I am calling you on your BS lies.

@metal-brain said:30 means "30 seconds into the video" as any non-moron would know.

I trust statements made under oath as part of a plea agreement more than ones made by defendants to news media.
@metal-brain saidIt's a lie that rioters were smashing windows and breaking down doors? Are you serious? Do you have any idea what a lie actually is?

No, I don't have an "exact number" but just a few clips show dozens, possibly hundreds doing so.
@metal-brain saidYou're getting more ridiculous and shrill by the minute.

Members of Congress were in the building when the rioters first broke in. Many were still in the House Chamber when Babbitt was shot at the last line of defense, a series of doors barricaded by furniture that rioters were smashing windows, sometimes literally inches away from a small group of police. It's all shown in the video I already provided.
@no1marauder saidYou are attempting to move the goal post again. It will not work. You claimed to know how many people were trying to break into the CB. You know that you were pulling that out of your ass. You have no idea how many there were. The CP do though. They had state of the art surveillance of who was doing what there.

That is why all of the footage should be made available to the public on the internet. Why only Tucker? Maybe there is much worse than that to find. How would you know?

@no1marauder saidWhy did Congress take their own sweet time to escape through the capitol building subway? Do they just like to put themselves in danger needlessly?

That was all for fake drama. Nobody in congress was in danger. You are spreading misinformation.
@metal-brain saidGFY. I never claimed to know an "exact number"; you are lying as usual.

@no1marauder saidThen how could you possibly know there were too many for the CP to handle?
GFY. I never claimed to know an "exact number"; you are lying as usual.
You don't. You made up BS and you know it. You cannot defend your position so you are making up lies.
@metal-brain saidYou're a pathetic liar. The mob was yelling "Hang Mike Pence" "Where's Nancy" "Where's the traitors" some, including Chansley had zip ties (https://abcnews.go.com/US/capitol-riot-suspects-allegedly-brought-zip-ties-wore/story?id=75166059).

I've had enough of your obvious lies; this thread is simply having you repeat over and over and over again lies that are refuted by anybody's own eyes when they see the videos. Your propaganda war against the truth isn't going to work.
