It’s so spot on for US politics under trump, so on the nose, it’s brilliant!

It's a microcosm of the gross incompetence sweeping washington. At last check they were dumping hydrogen peroxide into it from the side, which created a blue ring around the green pool and that'll need to be a near constant treatment to have any effect.
Never consulted any scientist who would have noted this as the obvious outcome.
