If anybody wants to vandaize a paint coating, that has been well applied I assume they would have tools, no tools were mentioned. And the tools woul would need for an expertedly applied coating are big and heavy, so I assume that Trump wanted arrests and got them.

Vandalism is a misdemeanor charge. At most it's a fine or a warning.
