Every one of them should have had a follow-up order not only reversing every screwed-up thing Trump did, but taking steps to make it better. He should have torn everything down to the ground before "Building Back Better". It should have been an epic rebuilding program, starting with a Tabula Rasa and rebuilding the departments according to the Constitution instead of letting them go on, built in Trump's image. Every single thing Trump laid his hands on in government should have been scrapped, because it had the greedy taint of the businessman on them. Free Enterprise has no place in government. It should not be a case of "letting the market decide", it should be a case of doing what is right for the People, not the corporations.

IF an investigation found they used improper amounts of force, even if it doesn't rise to the level of criminal activity, they should receive some administrative discipline which is what appears to have happened. How this is a "misuse" of the agency is beyond any reasonable understanding.
