@Ponderable saidI have not once seen you criticize Islam. I have only seen you support and attempt to justify their actions. Each and every Muslim does not have to commit atrocities. The atrocities are written in their Quran, so whether or not they actually commit it is irrelevant. The Quran is an evil book, all Muslims are silent when these atrocities are committed, just like you are, becasue they believe that those committing the atrocities are in fact following the correct teachings.
I do not endorse the activities you mention, and actually I see myself a critical to Islam, but not to each and every muslim.
@Cliff-Mashburn said"Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity."
Were you not entertained? I laughed my ass off.

@Rajk999 saidThere is some pretty disturbing stuff in the Quran, but then there is some pretty disturbing stuff in the Bible.

@Ghost-of-a-Duke saidYou asked this already and I answered [in another thread]. I am happy to repeat the answer so that you will be educated on this matter, and hopefully the day will come when you will stop trying to defend the evil of Islam.

There is no instruction in the BIble by Christ or the Apostles to do the following
- kill unbelievers and apostates
- kill adultereers
- rape female prisoners of war
- marry 8yr old girls.
There may be some instructions that God gave to the Jews, but these are specific to the Jews of 4000 years ago. Furthermore I see no Christian community going around killing anyone in the name of God. If they are they are acting contrary to the Bible.
The atrocities are carried out with the full support of the Quran, the Haddiths, the Imams and the Muslim population in general.
@Rajk999 saidI guess you forgot about that peaceful political discourse called the Crusades?

@sonhouse saidThe Crusades was the result of Muslims attempting to take Christian territory .. Jerusalem was under attack from the Seljuk Turks. Nothing strange about that. Their lifestyle is trying to take what is not theirs and conquering by forced conversions, murder and rape.

The Crusades was a just war.
@Rajk999 saidOh, JUST a war so nobody got murdered by Christians? ONLY Muslims did the murdering.....

@sonhouse saidPeople can be killed in a just war. A just war means that there was sufficient provocation to warrant killing people. If you read the history the Muslims [Seljuk Turks] took Jerusalem which was Christian territory. The Byzantine Empire called on Pope Urban to help take back Jerusalem. Yes people died.
Oh, JUST a war so nobody got murdered by Christians? ONLY Muslims did the murdering.....
@Rajk999 saidOk but the fact Christians STARTED that war and started killing FIRST means nothing either, murdering a thousand Muslins is FINE.

@sonhouse saidBoy o boy ... you really are duncey... THE MUSLIMS [Seljuk Turks], took Jerusalem in 1077, killing over 3,000 Jews and Christians. They started the war.

Educate youself.
@Rajk999 saidSo how many Christians were killed in that attack? I would have SWORN there was this pesky commandment THOU SHALT NOT KILL, well unless my god COMMANDED it.....

@Rajk999 saidUsing that logic, the Native American genocide in America was caused by those same Native Americans.

@sonhouse saidThou shall not kill pertains to murder. Even an average 10 yr old can tell you that. Nowhere did God instruct anyone to allow enemies to enter ones territory and kill and rape.

There's no instruction to do it, yet they do it.
Wouldn't that mean they are not following their Christ?
"Furthermore I see no Christian community going around killing anyone in the name of God."
Ever lived in the American South? Of course not.
