Wrong again Joe - If the working class wrote financial regulations and tax laws they would "fix it" where the rich have to play by the same rules as everyone else. No tax loopholes, no corporate welfare, no subsidies, no grants, and a lot more regulation regarding those offshore shell corporations where the rich hid their ill-gotten gains from the tax collectors.

Obviously Tom wasn't the only one to benefit from this. It was an enormous sum of money in total, mostly going to the affluent in our society who definitely did not need the money as much as poor people who cannot afford food or health care.
