........... that's Tony Blair all right.

You may or you may not agree with him politically, you have to admit however that he sure knows how to deliver an inspiring and well thought out speech.

Congratulations to him and to the people who have such a Prime Minister!

He will be judged on what his does rather than what he says.
There is no doubt he is a good orator.

But this government is one of little action.

Deferring or avoiding any thorny issuses: Pensions, Council Tax, EU Referendum, EU Presidencey, Brighton's Stadium, I|D Cards - to name but a few.

New Labour had done very little radical since the millenium. They are afraid of offending anyone and become tangled within their own highly spun web of bureaucracy.

I disagree that he is a good orator.
His stammering, hesitating speech makes me squirm regardless of the script.

He strikes me as a refugee from Wonderland, which is a very horrible place.

Do you look upon Tony as too much a righty or too much a leftie ?

His problem is he is follow the third way. The route that DOES very little. He offers piecemeal to the left (normally about conference week) and then spends the rest of the year sucking up to the editor of the Daily Mail.

Tony too much of a leftie??? Even the facist party thinks the geezer is a right wing looney.

As for his orational skils: "Hi...my name...is....Tony....Blair. I have...new....policies I would like....to share....with....you."

The man has obviously been to a course on public speaking and was taught the 3 second pause-rule. Alas, it's only supposed to be used to accenturate the end of a bloody sentence. Listening to him is more tiring than trying to figure out why he enjoys his head so far up Bush's arse.

And now he reckons he'll agree with Bush on global warming. It seems every time the US president farts, Tony opens his mouth and befouls us all.

Both.
Too left on social issues and too right on financial issues for my tastes.
