From a certain point of view, it’s quite amusing.
Coming from an American president, it’s rather bleak. It’s showing a grand disregard for the opinions of millions of Americans who he’s supposed to represent.
Not to mention giving ammunition to every leader and organization who opposes US interests.
Bizarre and disturbing.
Anyone who thinks a president should be (re) posting this sort of imagery is obviously unaware of the damage it will cause.
I heard Mike Johnson state that it was satire.
Yeah… that’s the jester’s perogative, not the leaders.
A leader has to come out and say: “Millions of Americans have come out to make their voices heard. We applaud this. It is a clear sign that… x … and although we disagree because… y … we will do our utmost best to take the points onboard, because … z … is for the better of America and the American people.”
It’s not rocket science.

Trump is likewise allowed to troll them on social media.

A political scientist at Harvard interviewed ordinary citizens in dictatorships, authoritarian regimes, democracies going down hill, stable democracies, almost 200,000 interviews and they saw a correlation between PEACEFUL protest PERCENTAGE OF THEIR TOTAL population in that country, they saw this rule pop up.
If the percentage of the population of a country has protests where the count of protesters reaches 3.5% of the population, say 100 million total, and 3.5 million attend the protest, the dictatorship falls. EVERY TIME.
So protester numbers here in the US are not there yet, 7 million is 5 or 6 million shy of a revolution or change of government, whatever, the protesters get their way.
The number that shows a real change for the US is around would be around 12 million.
So a few more of these following the last ones my get to 12 mil.
Time will tell.

BTW there were 24 thousand coaches spread out in every state to stop violence if it appears and coach protesters how to proceed against opposition and the like.
It was VERY well organized.
NOBODY would be so stupid to say it was all spontaneous. My particular one Indivisible, had helpers from Hawaii to Florida and BTW, the Hawaiians didn't want to use "No Kings' because they DID have Kings AND Queens so their signs said 'No DICTATORS''.
One thing I bet REALLY pisses you off, nonviolent protests can get bigger but VIOLENT ones don't last and what they were protesting about gets lost in the crowd of the dead so the size of such protests have an upper limit because NOBODY wants to be in constant confrontation so that kind of protest inevitably goes down in number. Non violent protests ALWAYS can grow next time.

Actually he isn't, or shouldn't be in any civilised society. It isn't the President's job to 'troll' any sector of the populous of the country which they govern. I couldn't open the link, and haven't seen the video, but from the descriptions here it sounds disgusting, visually and conceptually. Maybe some people find it 'funny', I don't know, and anyone who calls it 'satire' doesn't understand the meaning of satire, but a president trying to have a good laugh at the expense of his electorate is hardly acting in a presidential way, are they? Really?
Mister Trump is patently tearing America apart, morally, constitutionally and economically, which for some people may be a ripping good yarn, but maybe not everyone shares the joke, and for that they may be forgiven.
