We don't have no confidence votes in our system. We elect Presidents every four years. The only way to remove a President is to impeach him. Posting an AI video of him in a royal outfit dumping on protesters is not a crime.
We also have freedom of speech in the USA. That freedom applies to the President too.
The last question may be rhetorical, but I'll respond anyway. Of ...[text shortened]... ice for exercising his freedom of speech, just as he can't punish the protesters for doing the same.

Frankly, I think that the modern Republican party doesn't really deserve the title "Republican" and should change its name to Trumplican or something like that.
Don't get me wrong. I still prefer the Trumplican party to the leftist Jihadist whackos who are elbowing their way into control of the "Democratic" party. But the Trumplican party bears little resemblance to the Reagan/Bush/McCain/Dole/Romney party of yesteryear.
I really long for the days of Clinton vs. Dole elections, where both candidates were basically good and it was just a question of who you thought was better. Now it's basically which candidate is less of a disaster.
