There may be a genetic factor predisposing to idiocy, that is to say, below average intelligence, but I seriously doubt there is a genetic factor dispositive of pathological lying, toxic positivity, living in denial, narcissism type 2, low self-esteem coupled with limelighting, gaslighting, and grandstanding. These are all learned behavior patterns.

So far something like 6 of his former cabinet are either under indictment or in jail.
Tell me how many Biden people are in jail.

He was not being sarcastic. That is perfectly obvious if you watch the video of the event, instead of reading the transcript. The 'sarcastic' excuse was invented later by his spin doctors to try to take the sting out of his having made a complete fool of himself.
