He cares about one person only. Donald Trump and you will NEVER figure that out.
He wants total power and you will never figure THAT out either.
So enjoy your Pyrrhic victory, it WILL come at a great cost, cost to our economy and cost to our democracy itself.

and the former republican party now a caricature of its old self, you are probably too young to remember when republicans and democrats didn't like each other that much, but actually ALL of us recognized there was work to be done to make things better for US citizens.
ALL gone now, republican party is just an extended enemies list without a single thought of the old days when republicans and democrats argued like high school kids but came to compromises and got things done.
NONE of that is happening now that Trump has perverted the entire former republican party now just the Trumpican party loaded down with sycophants.
Good luck getting ANYTHING done with a party in shambles like that.
Trump has already been called by major historians the worse POTUS in US history and he will be even worse this time, doing everything he can to make whitey king again like in 1950 where there were white only drinking fountains and the like.
In my old home town back in the '60's blacks could work in Escondido but they better be out of town by 5 PM.
THAT is the world Trump wants to return to and there is literally no going back to that so he started culture wars, wars of hatred and you may have seen an example of that last Sunday at his horrific so called Rally, where that so called comedian called Puerto Ricans garbage, and it was not just off the cuff, it was on his teleprompter so the writers knew exactly what they were saying and that is the overall agenda of Trump, get rid of all folks not white.
Him and his dad already tried that in the 1970's, refusing to rent their apartments to blacks and got taken to court back then and now he pronounces himself the least racist person on Earth.
And this is the person you think qualified to be the most powerful man on Earth.
That will be a travesty the US may never recover from.
He clearly wants to be a dictator, his 'best friends' are Putin, Kim Jong Un and others, he NEVER talks about the leaders of the western world because he is so arrogant he thinks he is WAY above all of them, you could see that in the way he shoved leaders of major countries out of the way so he could be in front, but you are probably too young to have seen THAT episode or the walk with Queen Elizibeth II,
He shows ZERO respect for any of our allies, his deal with Ukraine which he says he will end in one day is to force Ukraine to accept a 30% loss of territory to Russia BECAUSE Putin is his mentor.
That is the bottom line, he HATES the constitution, he HATES the rule of law, you can see that every time he shows up in court.
