There are supposed to be rules of combat and those four killers clearly went rogue.

I SAID I was ashamed of the US massacres and I KNOW there were too many and even ONE was indefensible but you REFUSE to even ADMIT millions in Russia and China were murdered. Of course ONE death by the hands of a murderer by the US is FAR worse than a THOUSAND murders by anyone else.
