But the moment he sets foot on Russian ground, his buddy Putin will give him back his arms imperium, and he'll be free to sell Russian weaponry to the likes of Boko Haram and the Mexican cartels.

The USA is considering letting one of the worst people of the 21st century wreak havoc all over the developing world again, for what? A low-life of a half-marine, and a lot of Tumblerina hand-wringing about a stupid girl sports player? No, this can only help Putin. Don't do it.
