@AverageJoe1 saidI've answered it. You don't like the answer, so you're pretending I didn't. You play this stupid game constantly.
I agree, a person who shoots another in the face should receive a harsh penalty. ..............providing, however, that he is NOT shooting in self defense, where a shot to the crotch may be more appropriate.
I am afraid that this proviso is not part of your reasoning here?
So, yes, if I walk up to a guy at the bus stop and shoot him in the face, I should be execute ...[text shortened]... acts as analogies.
Why don't you just answer the question, you have a lot of fans on this Forum.
Which is more serious; a felony or a petty misdemeanor?
Sentencing for a serious felony like armed robbery probably wouldn't take a person's employment and family into account, but sentencing for a petty misdemeanor probably would. It doesn't excuse the crime, but these are factors in considering the severity of the sentence - even a short jail sentence might cause the offender to lose his job and make him and his family reliant of social services. Because the crime is minor, judges generally don't like to force such consequences on the offender, his family and society as a whole.
Why has no one answered the OP? Savage animals kill a guy who celebrates our president in his home.
I will answer for you all. The savage animals should be put on a flatbed and slowly driven to a clilf and pushed off....to die.
Why no response to this OP?
Of course it was directed at sniveling libs, so we once again confirm our suspicions of you pillow-chewing libs. Wouldn't want you to have to answer the question and get sideways with your contemporaries.
No responses, huh? Pitiful.

@AverageJoe1 saidMaybe because the police have not said there was any political motivation and you and your right wing propaganda sources have jumped to conclusions:

"The motive for the attack is unclear. Officials are investigating whether it was related to Sheron’s home, locally known for its decorations celebrating President Trump — including dozens of American flags as well as MAGA flags and posters of Trump thrusting his fist in the air following the 2024 assassination attempt in Butler, Pa."

There may or may not be. Why not wait for the investigation to establish motive?
BTW, there are about 40 murders a day in the US. Why should this one cause anymore outrage than the other 39?
@KingDavid403 said“ 7 murderer by them on that day”
Nothing compared to the worthless to God crowd on January 6th who had, and still have BDS. 7 murderer by them on that day. ALL because they had little penis syndrome; Hey, just as you smaller than average joe boy. LOL...
Why do you liberals lie like this…it only proves your life is built on lies.
@no1marauder saidBecause of the motivation of the killer that you are trying to run from?

Why were you upset so by Floyd dying from drug overdose?
@Mott-The-Hoople saidNo, it only proves that YOUr life is built on lies. YOUr false god humpty Trumpty is the worlds most known habitual LIAR EVER; and, you follow him in lock-step in both word and deed. Fairly simple really.

@Mott-The-Hoople saidWe don't know the motive yet.

The jury heard the medical evidence in the Floyd case. They found differently then your assertion beyond a reasonable doubt.
@no1marauder saidGolly great question Roger. The 40 murders a day, that’s a really good one. Everybody rethink all that they ever do. I have never seen marauder grasp for so many straws as she goes down in flames with these threads.

OK, Marauder wants us us to wait until all the facts are in, about the man who was on his own property hanging Trump all over the place maybe up in his pecan tree. He could do what the hell he wants.
He was killed by some people. Ostensibly for having done the Trump thing. Marauder seems to think there’s more to the story, so average Joe will follow the story and report back. I want everybody to see both sides. I wonder what side you’ll pick. Moreover, I wonder if Marauder will step up and admit I was right when I am proven to be right.
By the way, I’m not I know not what he means by the phrase, political motivation. All I know is that this man hung some Trump signs and was killed by some people, probably that which amounts to murder.

A person's employment and family are relevant factors in how their offense is adjudicated esp. when the crime is a petty misdemeanor like Section 1325 of the US Code is.
@AverageJoe1 saidI'll let the police and prosecutors do their job without jumping to conclusions based on little evidence like you have.

@no1marauder saidLet me clean up my complicated question. A man is on his own property and hanging Trump signs everywhere, complying with subdivision covenants and city ordinances. We can agree on that premise. So someone comes, one person or five people, and kills him, for no apparent reason . Now, there may be a reason, what you are about to turn up, I do not want to dismiss your really great post here.
I'll let the police and prosecutors do their job without jumping to conclusions based on little evidence like you have.
But assuming they just killed him out of hate, of him or Trump, or just bad feelings about Trump or any off-the-wall random reason that would not hold up in court, do you think that they should be convicted to the full extent of the law.?
God, man, just say yes. No one will hold it against you.
@no1marauder saidYou answer nothing and I will write it again.
