A hilarious read as Trump oozes self-pity and outrage at being asked questions he doesn't like, claims that Kamala Harris recently "changed" herself to Black, says vice-presidential picks are completely unimportant rather than answer a question whether JD Vance would be ready to be President on Day One, tells his usual blizzard of lies and generally makes a complete fool of himself.
I wonder how Earl is feeling about Trump's appeal to Black voters now.
@no1marauder saidBy now we all know how Trump is when cornered, but watching it live was even more cringe than even I expected.

I kept asking, "I wonder how many there are buying this?" And the smattering of applause at key points showed some were actually on board with the lies. But I also enjoyed the moments of laughter and even gasps from some at the bigger lies.
@no1marauder saidThe opening questions were couched in hate, taking things he had said to individuals and applying them as if he were saying them about every one of color. There was never going to be an honest discussion about any topic if all that was going to happen was people trying to get him to say anything they could twist into a racist comment, it was disgusting.

They were well researched and sharp. Like questions from journalists to politicians are supposed to be.
@shavixmir saidNot only Trump, but most people don’t like things being taken out of context. The people see that.
You really think trump hot anything across, other that he can’t handle criticism?
why do you suppose kamala was scared to attend?
@shavixmir saidDid you watch it?

@KellyJay saidNonsense. Journalism is supposed to ask tough questions of political figures. Trump has been treated with extreme deference by Fox and others for too long and allowed to propagate lies unchallenged. It is high time to take off the kid gloves and play hard ball, to mix metaphors.
