Presumably this will go to SCOTUS?
And Trump's cronies there will overturn the decision?

I personally don't think so this time. These tariffs are clearly illegal; and, they are screwing up the USA and World's economy.
However, I'm sure we will see. They have to Oct, 16th to file an appeal.

Kingy is quite short-sighted. Think long, Kingy. Look up throw baby out w the bath water. The water is tariffs, the baby is the USA.
Kingy wants tariffs cancelled, he wants the country to go downhill. Do you neophytes ever think, or just write each other. I truly think you write to yourselves.
Will you go to work and tell your friends that you are happy that Trump’s tariff set-up (resulting in a level playing field) will be disassembled, canceled ?

I strongly dislike tariffs and hope to heck they go away.
The only one that prospers is the American government treasury.
Everyone else pays higher prices for less desired goods.

That is not what I call helping AMERICA

The problem being addressed isn’t tariffs. It’s presidential overreach.

In the US it’s congress which can set tariffs. Not the bloody executive.
trump wishes to rule as dictator. And that has to be stopped.

Finally, the DoJ has grown some balls ! It's high time to rein in the out-of-control Executive and re-establish checks & balances.

Congress gives the president the authority to set tariffs in an emergency.
You people holler and scream about the high US debt…then holler and scream when Trump declares it an emergency.

Could you be a little more stable in your feelings ?

You think money being taken from US consumers and being paid to the government "helps America"?

A) It didn't;

B) There is no "emergency".
