Those were loans to US businesses to increase production and were already authorized by Congress. And your own article says it was a lot less then you claim:

""Under President Biden, the office has announced roughly $54 billion in loans or loan guarantees," The New York Times wrote on December 6, 2024. "Of that, $19 billion was announced in the weeks after the election ...[text shortened]... anies while criticizing other government measures to encourage private investment at public expense.
Another going underwater…

The struggle to fully utilize the first of three factories Ford and SK On have planned reflects the dramatic slowdown in EV adoption. Sales of the F-150 Lightning declined 26% in the second quarter. Battery-powered cars risk becoming an even harder sell starting Sept. 30, when President Donald Trump’s $3.4 trillion fiscal package eliminates a $7,500 consumer tax credit for EV purchases.

Ford and SK On joined forces in 2021 to build the factories in Kentucky and Tennessee, eventually securing a $9.2 billion loan from the U.S. Department of Energy for the endeavor.

Yes, another Trump measure that hurts US business by raising costs to US consumers.

EV sales worldwide jumped by almost 6X from 2020 to 2024. https://www.statista.com/statistics/665774/global-sales-of-plug-in-light-vehicles/

10% of US households earning $50,000 to $100,000 yearly own an EV. https://motorandwheels.com/electric-car-demographics/

"Rich"?

For those with 12,000 per year income helping pay for this car thru fed taxes, yes, $50,000 would be rich.

You must live by picking bottles out of trash cans:

"Real median household income was $80,610 in 2023". https://www.census.gov/library/publications/2024/demo/p60-282.html

And you don't? Come on.

Oh, no, I forgot.

You don't ignore them, you'd rather just spit on them as you walk over them. "Get a job." Yeah, hilarious.

I’m going to assume manufacturing and jobs will be brought back to America

Not working out so far:

"U.S. manufacturing contracted for a sixth straight month in August as factories dealt with the fallout from the Trump administration's import tariffs, with some manufacturers describing the current business environment as "much worse than the Great Recession."

The Institute for Supply Management (ISM) survey on Tuesday also showed some manufacturers complaining that the sweeping import duties were making it difficult to manufacture goods in the United States. President Donald Trump has defended his protectionist trade policy, which has raised the nation's average tariff rate to the highest in a century, as necessary to revive a long-declining U.S. industrial base.

That was reinforced by government data showing spending on the construction of factories dropped in July and was down 6.7% from a year ago".
