Sure. If you’re suggesting British imperalism wasn’t much better than nazism, you may have, to some extent, a point. But you can’t compare the current sitiation in either country to nazi concentration camps.

The post that was quoted here has been removedThere are many reasons Pakistan’s government would offer India help in this scenario, it would be nice to think that they were recognising the fellow humanity of the Indian people ( hey maybe that’s part of it ) But it could also be enlightened self interest given that they share a a very porous and in places, disputed border, many Pakistanis have relatives living in India and the two economies to some extent interdependent.
Probably a mixture of all those reasons and some I haven’t thought of yet, and I’m sure all the altruistic kind hearted people of Pakistan will be very pleased that their government made the offer.
