Idiot the accounting error meant that Ukraine never got 6 billion that was allotted to them and that UNDERPAYMENT has been rectified.

It’s all relevant have you seen the defence budget, all the monies the US has sent to Ukraine in cash and equipment amounts to about 2% of the entire defence budget
