Wildgrass.....this may be a bit deep for you, but do realize that it was impossible for Trump to have defrauded the bank.
Here is why. For a crime to have been committed, you cannot deceive the bank with your valuations, because they never look at them...they never USE the valuations....they did not RELY on the valuations. Reliance, intent, and like elements, must be proven.
Another of my predictions, no guilt of the this 'felony'.

I posted a link that announced the toss of the penalty. It had other stuff in it, that was a bonus, since the link was just extraneous, exculpatory or innocuous.
If I wrote my brother that I'd been relieved of paying a parking ticket by a magistate judge, should he be mad at me for not telling him about the circumstances about how I had parked?

The link announced the verdict was upheld by a separate group of judges. Trump committed fraud.

It's sad because if you or I were convicted of this they would take everything we have, but the rich elites like trump get lawyers with $100,000 retainers to appeal the charges over and over again until their only paying pennies for committing the fraud.
