@wildgrass saidNo, contrare' I most certainly do not take the position that they (judges or flat earthers) are right. I am stating here that, like flat-earthers, one of of 5 judges is questioning the thinking of the other judges.
Maybe we just do away with all facts then?
There are more than 40,000 members of the FLAT EARTH SOCIETY, who believe whole heartedly that - well - the earth is flat. So you take the position that maybe they're right, we cannot say for certain?
My thinking that Trump did not commit the misdemeanor* is based on the fact that the court did not rely on his valuations. They were not swayed, defrauded. I could be wrong, like one side of the flat earthers. The 5th Judge and i are thinking maybe there was no Fraud. You and Suzianne think there was fraud
What are we taling about anyway?
* I think that the judges when they look at this will find a misdemeanor. Remember that the two (really bad) lawyers, the Bragg oaf and the Fraudulent Letitia James, railroaded this as a felony, with the urging of Sonhouse. The judges will regard these two lawyers, headed for disbarment, etc, as characters to NOT rule in favor of.
