Y'all think crimes aren't crimes and now you lecture me about faaairnesss.

@AverageJoe1 saidComplete consensus doesn't matter. The legal system convicted him of fraud. Of course people can disagree but he's a convicted fraudster yet again.
Not all of the 5 agreed. As Trump says, we will wait and see. Some are me, some are you and sonhouse
@wildgrass saidOnly 1 judge didn't agree.

Judge declared that Mar a Lago was only worth 18 million dollars, which shows how biased he was.

@Cliff-Mashburn saidA loan he would have never gotten if he hadn't committed fraud.
Took out a loan, paid it back on time, everyone was happy.
Yeah that's a helluva case of fraud.
@no1marauder saidHe didn't commit fraud. The judge claimed Mar a Lago was only worth 18 million dollars, which was ridiculous.

@Cliff-Mashburn saidThe trial court and now the Appellate Division disagree with you.

@no1marauder saidGee I wonder why.

A piece of vacant land 1/2 the size of Mar a Lago and right next to it was sold for 120 million dollars, Trump said Mar a Lago was worth 240 million with all the buildings/golf course/etc.
Judge said it was only worth 18 million? Houses go for that much in that area.

Margo Largo can't be sold as a private residence since Trump long ago filed deeds saying it could only be used as a social club which greatly depresses its value (and lowers its property taxes.)
@wildgrass saidBUT, a judge somewhere out there believes with me and Mott and Cliff that there is a question as to whether or not that was fraud. So here you all are out there battering about it as if you are exactly correct, and that there was fraud, so how do you explain this judge who is questioning that issue that is on the table?

@no1marauder saidOK, you have put yourself out there. Given everything that you and everyone else has said, how much money do you think Mar-a-Lago is worth today? Or you can tell us what you think it would sell for today? It’s legal status is not relevant to my question. If somebody comes to buy, what would they pay??

@AverageJoe1 saidMaybe we just do away with all facts then?

There are more than 40,000 members of the FLAT EARTH SOCIETY, who believe whole heartedly that - well - the earth is flat. So you take the position that maybe they're right, we cannot say for certain?
