I've been reading about Hussein; I never realized exactly how much of a US minion he was. Our CIA sent him to assassinate a democratically elected Prime Minister! That's how he came to power! I didn't know :'(.
And then we defended him against Iran...
Realpolitik is ugly.
I'm glad it's getting peaceful in Iraq, because we need to get out of there - but we can't do that if there's too much fighting there.

Who instructed the talibans so they could use the weapons? A clue: US.

Iraq involved murdering the Prime Minister and then defending the thug we put in his place. MUCH different.

One country invades another country in order to establich stability - that's right or that's wrong?
Another country is organizing restistance with weapons - that's right or that's wrong?
The resisting people are turning weapons to the 'helping' country - that's right or that's wrong?
The helping country is complaining - that's right or that's wrong?
Now - am I talking about Afganistan or Iraq?

I don't. When did the US murder a legitimate head of state in Afghanistan?
I know that they try to murder the legitimate president of Cuba, and helped Pinochet murder the democraticly elected president of Chile, Allende, and what happened in Panama I have to restudy. But the murdered president of Afganistan, I didn't know.
