Sigh. The man elected to end American participation in wars in the Middle East is expanding it instead.

They're just advisors. What could possibly go wrong? 😉

It's like my hippie friend once said, I never knew could be so cool until Obama started wars. 😵

I guess after Obama sent ISIS weapons and a fleet of Toyota trucks and they could still not remove Assad, he just figured that some things you simply have to do yourself.

This is exactly why we need to elect Bernie Sanders. Not only will everything become free overnight, there will also be peace on earth...........finally!!

One question though, is it true that Bernie Sanders only owns one pair of underwear?

Your lame attempts at humor notwithstanding, Bernie has been the only candidate for President from the two major parties who has consistently opposed further US involvement in Middle Eastern wars.

Gail Collins said of Lindsey Graham (I know he's not going to be President but his views are typical of the Republican candidates) "He wants to put boots on the ground everywhere there is ground".

I like Gail's columns and the comment is a humorous one.

But humor aside, if you ever listened to the Republican candidates discuss the Middle East, you know that everyone of them is supportive of an large increase in US military involvement there.

Bernie Sanders: 'Last week I bought my second pair of underwear'
Bernie Sanders: 'I have an ample supply of underwear'

Hilary, predictably supported the move.

Bernie did not give a definitive response; he is in danger of losing my vote unless he takes a firm opposition stance. It's good that he has a " nightmare is that we get sucked into a never-ending war in that part of the world.” but he has to recognize that escalations such as these are precisely what can lead to such a result.

I doubt Obama is serious about sending in a lot of troops into Syria, the IRS and other
government agencies had more people going after conservative groups than the number
of troops he is moving into Syria.

I believe Bernie is out of the loop. He probably has no idea how bad it will be if it is found out that the Chemical weapons in Syria are US and UK supplied. 😏

Nutty conspiracy theories like Obama is a secret Islamist aside the involvement in Vietnam started with a few hundred advisers.
