So you believe that Mr. Pretti being subdued by at least three persons with his hands cleraly not holding a weapon and not being abelt o get one was threatneing a person standing and a weapin in hand was a case of justified self-defense?

I can tell you how to prevent this happening again.
dont go to an event to perform unlawful activities while armed.
it is ironic that the firearm he brought started the deadly chain of events that led to him being shot by an uncommanded firing causing the officers to fire in self defense. His weapon choice has a history of this.
this guy pretti woke up that morning and made a series of bad decisions... it ultimately led to his death.
