Iraq was about W going in and getting Saddam back for dissing his daddy.

Osama bin-Laden wasn't there. We weren't there to prosecute him. WMDs weren't there. We were there because Saddam couldn't keep his fat mouth shut. He taunted W to come get him, and so he did.
