I'm trying to think of an exception and not coming up with one. Did you have one in mind?

Otherwise, yes - I'd have to say every state/country/civilization is inherently a show of power.

Take the Palestinians, for a quick example: Would their cause exist, would they have been assimilated into other countries and cultures in your area, had they not fou ...[text shortened]... ad to resort to "terror" the way they have - it's all they could do to remain intact, hmm?
I'm thinking of Andorra, Switzerland, and Costa Rica.

Do these states have policed and armed forces or agreements with the armed forces of other states?

Costa Rica has no armed forces, only paramilitary forces, or police.

I've no first hand experience there, of course.

You mean the 80 years war against Spain. Don't you?
The peace of Munster, and accordingly the peace of Westphalia, which are...

"treaties."

Correct! Well done.
And who were present at the treathy of Westphalia? And what did they decide?
Oh yes! The independence of certain areas of the Netherlands from the Holy Roman Empire.

As for ...[text shortened]... phalia.

Do you really want me to continue to humiliate you, or are you going to shut up?
Oh no you don’t! This attempt to move debate and attention from your asinine claim Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium and Russia have borders not founded by warfare has failed. Now….move back on topic:

I gave factual refutation of your bogus claim in my last post. You may either give your supporting documentation or just go away. You have definitely begun to bore me.

Costa Rica and Andorra have no armies, but a police force to handle domestic affairs. Switzerland has an army with a destructive capability, but the need has never apparently arose for Switzerland to ever have declared war.
