I don’t even know what Woke is, and now the Mob throws this at us. Another thread here will not speak to my question, and my concerns, of having my freedom (of speech and everything else) andmy liberty encroached upon. Even lib Obama says Cancel Culture does that.

First , can someone please explain the tenets of cancel culture?

Cancel culture is what the opponents of woke call the actions as described by No.1.

So, if the movie being shamed into removal was a right-wing movie about flakes opposing gun-culture. The alt-right would scream (along with Jordan Peterson): cancel culture!

But when it’s the right-wingers shaming a movie into removal... it’s... the alt-right standing up for just morality and Christian values.

Hello? This is not one of your best days.

If the people, who are self-appointed culture police, you being apparently included, "cancel public figures and companies after they have done or said something offensive or objectionable", they are doing some blanket canceling intended to affect other people. I am other people. I make my own decisions, like Netflix.
But the culture people are acting IN CONCERT to affect other people. You are suggesting targeting, as a group (Man do you people depend on groups...) ...targeting someone. It is that simple. You see Marauder, you are unable, being dependent, to sit in your living room and delete Netflix on your own. You need a group, and you need to broadcast what you are doing and start a movement. Against a company, or a person. I deleted netflix, by myself, and took off to play golf. Didn't even mention it. But you as a groupie would have to mention it, push it. You should learn to act on your own, it feels darn good.

This is not your day.

you infer than no one should have an opinion. Cancel culture is a group activity that wants to cancel any and everything that doesnt conform to their political views. Quiet a huge leap to label a persons personal opinion as the same as an entire group conspiring to accomplish an outcome.

You could have a non-issue in raising this point, but I actually saw a piece on FOX, and then in 5 minutes the post popped up.

But tell me, are you saying that because I found some public information here, or on FOX, or on an elevator, or from my 12 year old, that it would have ANY bearing on this discussion?? Where in the world are you coming from? Not your day today.

I realize you don't have any coherent message in any of your posts, BUT it does show that your claim that you, all by your lonesome, decided to cancel Netflix (which you're probably lying about anyway) was a bunch of hooey - you followed along like a good sheep.
