The coil, IUD or "love springs internal" may not be suitable for people who are opposed to abortion, for similar reason i.e. it does not prevent fertilisation of egg by sperm and formation of an embryo. It merely prevents the embryo from attaching to the uterus by scraping around in there and removing the placenta-to-be (can't remember the exact term).

Obviously it depends on your situation:

But the coil seems pretty good to me. It is not chemical, nothing to remember, shorter periods, doesn't affect the intamacy.
"Intellect"?

Never screw anything you don't want to parent.

You got the wrong stuff, it doesn't work. It was Depo-Provera you wanted. 😉

I don't know who gives you your info on contraception, but this is how IUCDs work:

They sit in your womb and prevent you from getting pregnant. They do this in three main ways:

* they prevent your partner’s sperms from getting through your womb and into your tubes

* they alter the secretions (mucus) in your cervix, so creating a further barrier for sperms

* they affect your womb lining – making it less likely to ‘accept’ an egg.

Pretty well all Family Planning doctors and nurses say that the IUD does not work by ‘causing an abortion', as some people have alleged.

If you're using a plastic card it sounds like a great way to get a fat debt account.

Hey come to think about it its a lot like the other potential risk of this method.

The only safe sex is being locked up in seperate rooms and doing it over the phone/internet. When the latex body sensor suit is ready and the virtual goggles make it look as good as Adobe Illustrator, then it will just about be perfect. As long as your ISP allows you unlimited down and uploads and you dont end up with a choke hold on the speed of your transfers. Though that may prove a boon for the trigger happy variety who need to have things slowed down a bit.

Not the best, but certainly one worth a look.

I read somewhere it's almost as effective as the pill when as many factors as possible are taken into account to predict the cycle.
