You really missed my point completely! During Biden’s time in office those files belonged to Biden’s DOJ, Pam had nothing to do with the DOJ at that time,

The reason is, Biden is a highly moral individual and a patriot who loves his country (Trump is not). Under Biden, the DOJ acted completely independently without interference - as it always should (Trump violates this rule). 😆

As for why the DOJ did not do anything: "... generally law enforcement don't just publish incriminating evidence about people for sh**s and giggles. It's seen as a form of harassment. They either charge people or keep the info to themselves." (from reddit)

Which means that whatever they had on Trump, while potentially politically embarassing (e.g. Trump was visiting multiple of Epstein's prostitutes), it did not meet their criteria for bringing charges. 😆
