Debates

Thousands of bots on social media helping curate echo chambers with half truths that allow people to champion causes and candidates that act against their own best interest.
Ahhhh. The mysterious bot conspiracy theory.

Do you have any idea how many idiots on here have accused me of being a bot? This conspiracy theory is popular with democrats. They don't need to know if it is a bot or not, they just need to be paranoid enough to explain everything with a Russian bot.

Losing a debate. It is because he is a bot. sh76 has been debating me for years and he called me a bot. He is a paranoid idiot. As if I have been on this forum all these years in waiting to spring anti Zionist propaganda on him and only him at this point in time in a clever way. Idiot bot paranoia. It is trending for some stupid reason. I'll bet they don't even know how a bot works. They just think it is AI so it is super advanced or some crap. Pathetic!

There was no Russian interference in the election. There was nothing to obstruct. he did not lie about anything. He merely failed to remember the correct date he met a couple of Russians.

All he did was repeat a false rumor he heard from Russians. He had no incentive to lie. Mueller railroaded him because that is Mueller's MO. He is known for conducting witch hunts. A ...[text shortened]... it to you to think repeating gossip is nefarious because he heard it from a couple of dumb Russians.
Speaking of "dumb"; let me repeat this one more time:

He pled guilty to lying to the FBI. Here's his plea agreement: https://www.scribd.com/document/363010395/George-Papadopoulos-Plea-Agreement

You can read the Statement of Offense that he admitted was factually true in the Plea Agreement here: https://www.cnn.com/2017/10/30/politics/george-papadopoulos-offense-affidavit-complaint/index.html

That doesn't mean anything. People plead guilty to things they have never done all the time in court. Sometimes it is the easiest way out. If you were really a lawyer you would know that.

All you have is that he lied about something irrelevant. Aside from that what did GP do wrong? Can you cite one single thing? Gossip. And that is not a crime no matter who you hear it from.

And since you think you know so much about it tell me what he lied about. What was the specific lie? The exact quote that was not true. Then establish intent.

"In 2016, Russian operatives associated with the St. Petersburg-based
Internet Research Agency (IRA) used social media to conduct an information warfare campaign designed to spread disinformation and societal division in the United States. 1

You've obviously never read the Statement of Offense. Try doing so now and cure your ignorance.

You are evading my question. Didn't you read it yourself? I don't think you did.

Read the Statement of Offense; why should I do your homework for you?

He pled guilty, admitted he lied and admitted the lies were material.

You could also read the "Affidavit in Support of the Criminal Complaint" esp. the part entitled "Defendant's False Statements to the FBI" also at https://www.cnn.com/2017/10/30/politics/george-papadopoulos-offense-affidavit-complaint/index.html

I read it. He said he was not working as an advisor for Trump at that time and technically he wasn't. Not that it really matters. He wasn't covering up anything illegal. Not for himself or even Trump.

What is the relevance? What would have happened if he said he knew he had been hired but was not working yet? Nothing. That isn't illegal either.

@no1marauder

Why are you letting Gabbard distract you from Trump's Epstein coverup? This thread is supposed to be about Epstein. And why do you want to credit Russia for being the heroes that exposed election meddling within the DNC?

Would you like to thank Russia for being our election heroes? Or would you like to thank Seth Rich? Whoever it was did our nation a great service.

I can't believe there is an adult this stupid.

I'll make an exception in your case, though.

You do think election meddling is bad, right? Or is it good when the DNC does it? Is that what you think?

Pam bondi in February: the Epstein client list is stilling on my desk right now.

Pam bondi now: there is no Epstein client list.

Where did it go? Why did it 'disapppear' right after Elon musk said Trump was in it? Why is ghislaune Maxwell rotting in prison for trafficking no one to nobody?
The list is back again! LOL!!!

This is hilarious!
Is he going to apologize to all of us he called stupid?

You're the one who started talking about the "Russia hoax" in this thread around page 20.

As explained to you probably a hundred times here, the DNC's job is to "election meddle"; they are a domestic political organization.

It is illegal for a foreign country to aid a US political party or campaign.

Why you can't understand this difference is an eight plus year puzzle.

Yes he was at the times the questions covered. As to "materiality":

"A statement is “material” if it has a natural tendency to influence, or is capable of influencing a decision of the federal agency or federal agent. However, actual influence or reliance by a federal agency or agent is not required. United States v. Richardson, 676 F.3d 491, 505 (5th Cir. 2012). The standard is whether the misrepresentation is capable of influencing the decision. United States v. Puente, 982 F.2d 156, 159 (5th Cir. 1993)."

https://cortezdefense.com/18-usc-%C2%A7-1001-false-statements/

His lies seem to easily meet that standard; for example when questioned by the FBI, he said Mifsud was "a nothing" but his emails to other Trump campaign officials repeatedly claimed that the professor was an important source who could help arrange a Trump-Putin meeting. This was seemingly meant to direct the FBI away from Mifsud, who vanished after Russiagate broke. https://cybercriminal.com/threats/joseph-mifsud

IF he wanted to fight the "materiality" aspect of the charges, he could have went to trial; it's an element of the crime which must be proven beyond reasonable doubt. He elected not to.
