The future non white majority will be many groups added together.
The majority by race will still be white and we will be fine for the next 50+ years. Possibly 100.
All of us long dead so who cares?
By then I imagine the world won't be much fun to live in anyway.
If it did come to that then every race would just hire their own kind.

For me race is only an issue if someone makes it an issue, but for you it seems to be an ongoing never ending problem.

Yes. White people don’t suffer skin-colour discrimination. But tell that to European Jews, Irish Catholics and communists in Bavaria.
In some countries, if you speak up for your rights, you get acid thrown in your face.
In some countries an airforce breaks tye sound barrier just above the roofs every night to disturb people’s sleep and terrify the children.
In some countries millions of people live in cardboard boxes in the middle of dual carriage ways.
I think a lot of people suffer from Western Democratic Privilige and should accept that their griefs with society are a bit of a luxury problem.

There is a lot of poverty there.
And black people (in Europe we usually use the term “coloured”, by the way) are treated worse than white people on average.
That is something that you have to address.
What I’m saying is that you have to address it in a way that doesn’t diminish the poverty and dire situations a lot of white people are living in. Because that will just alienate them and not lead to anything constructive.
And I am a firm believer in seeing matters in a global perspective.
And that means there are a lot of people worse off than many who complain.
But there are also a lot who are much better off.
What you want is people to feel safe and safety.
And that should be your goals.
