Aside from Chris Christie who just runs to trash Trump , I am having trouble pointing to a republican candidate who doesn't run just to see if they could get on the gravy train later on.
At most some might not have started straight up with that intention but aside from Christie, i don't think any of them would refuse the vp spot.
I am almost sure even Pence would accept if by a miracle he would be offered the job.
@zahlanzi saidAs I mentioned in another thread, MTG has been humping Trump's leg for weeks signaling her eagerness for the job. Like Trump, she's desperately trying to stay relevant.

@zahlanzi saidAs we need a smart Businessman, who understands business and economics to be able to right our ship, I would recommend none other than Charles Koch. Trump could do this on his own, except that he will always have hyenas to fight off, which would take most of his day every day. Yes, Charles Koch, would be an ideal vice president. I hate it, that he is not a person of color as y’all like to say.

I didn’t read Sue’s post, but certainly she would agree.
@suzianne saidI can’t imagine answering a post like this …Who are you people? Why could Suzanne not just say that she recommends Bernie Sanders and give the reasons.? That is, to respond properly to this thread, you would recommend someone and why. I really don’t know what her post meant.

@suzianne saidThere are signs that Sarah Palin is back in heat. But trump seems to have taken a shine to Ramaswamy or is it rampantly smarmy

That would make a charming photo on the cover of the Washington Post. 😆
@suzianne saidnot even trump is that dumb to get that joke as a running mate. Someone that would out insane him.

He wants to be at the center of attention, all the time, and he wants someone without a spine to pardon him. He miscalculated with pence. Maybe
Nikki hailey will be that someone.
@suzianne saidalso, i picture her more of a sacrifice puppies in the woods with mascara running down her face while naked

@Zahlanzi
None of them want to be VP because they would rather be POTUS.
Turning against Trump in the republican party is just a dumb thing to do to anyone who looks at polls. Most republicans like Trump. Even Mike Pence will not turn against Trump too much and I think he knows he will not be Trump's VP again.
The polls indicate turning against Trump is political suicide in the GOP at this time.
@AverageJoe1
Smart businessman. Right there, that leaves Trump out. He couldn't even keep a frigging CASINO running, he ran it into bankruptcy AND he got convicted of TWO separate fraud cases with fine of 25 MILLION, perhaps you remember the fake Trump University and the fake Trump "Charity''?
It was his DAD who bailed Trump out time after time to the tune of a half BILLION.
Yep, total genius in business. Just aske him, he will tell you how great he is.
