Why do these killers us guns? Why not a baseball bat, or a knife, or even a vehical?
Many gun supporters say these things kill humans too.
But why are most murders done with guns?

Of all homicides in the US, and of gun homicides, the largest majority are gang and drug related. They are centered in about 3% of the counties, and the majority are committed by black and Hispanic males, and predominantly the victims are of the same ethnicity.
If you want answers, you have to find out why young black and Hispanic males are drawn to gangs and drugs, then you are on the right track.
You would find that the next largest cause is domestic violence. but there murders are often with other implements at hand rather than guns.

Simply because guns are a more effective means of killing. In the modern industrial age we should always try to perfect what ever use of technology is employed in a particular task. Man has advanced through rock, sinue, bronze, steel, and chemicals in the use of effective murder of his fellow man.
The question should be; "Why does man murder?" This is a situation of particular segments of society loosing thier values and culture ultimatly becoming a society in it's "base mentality", devoid of enlightenment. Mental health issues are the key to gun violence. Restricting the many for the transgressions of the few is a very ignorent, simplistic, immoral as well as an un-Constitutional view point.
