You must have a different copy of the Constitution/Bill of Rights than I do:
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."
"Persons" being persons born or naturalized in the United States, NOT some illegal chitsack in the country because they slithered across the border..

Try the Fifth Amendment though it's Due Process clause is the same as the one in the 14th Amendment the difference being the 5th applies to the Federal government and the 14th to the States.

EDIT: Guess the 5th says "no person" and the 14th "any person" if you want to nitpick.

Your interpretation of what you quoted is wrong.

"No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

There are clearly two different clauses here. Before the semicolon refers to citizens. After the semicolon refers to any person.

Neither Due Process Clause is limited to citizens by their clear language.

I'm getting exhausted with these champions of the underdogs. They are not supposed to be here, it is as simple as that. Notice not one proper response about my wanting to get the invaders out of my living room . If we want people from other countries to work here, (and the USA is th most popular county that all want to move to), we would put the word out and hire them. The illegals that are here have no effect. I woujld prefer to pick who lives and works here than have them pick us.
