Noble champions of the el Salvador criminal. We are laughing at your manic demand to return this guy.
He got a formal order to be deported. The, another judge says not to el Salvador. Y'all defend this guy? Yes, a paperwork mistake?
Since he was ordered to be deported, Trump made his organization terrorist.
He got his protection in 2019 when MS13 and Asian gangs, which had been created in the US. But those gangs are gone in el Salvador now, he is not being to be in danger, and we don't give a crap.
Why don't you libs say we need to get rid of terrorists?? You want to see yourselves as the noble saviours of little guys. Save this criminal from the ogre Trump. A psycho drama.
It is unlikely that he was not a member of the gangs. We don't have clear evidence, but he invaded here. He gets a day in court, SCOTUS said. He says yeah I am illegal, but I am not a gang member. But it he is not a citizen, should he not be deported anyway??? Why all the legal fights? So in the end, the courts hear his case, and say, whatever, but you are not a citizen, so we have to send you back. You Are Illegally Here. Why do you fake bleeding hearts not want them gone? We can find strawberry pickers without any help from invaders. Being dependents, and brothers of these people, you naturally glom onto them. Maybe you need them??
Law says you must register when you come into this country. Only a few of them have done that in 50 years. So, that is a legal crime, so we can kick them out for violating the offense of staying past their Visa. This is what Trump wants to do. You people think they are entitled to be here because they pay taxes!?!?!?!? They are not even entitled to WORK here, for god sake.
@AverageJoe1 saidTrump is a criminal himself; maybe we should send him to an El Salvador prison.

DOJ lawyers admitted in open court that the man was sent to El Salvador illegally; doesn't that make them criminals by your logic?
The SCOTUS ruled 9-0 that anyone sought to be removed under the Alien Enemies Act had to receive formal notice and a hearing; news reports indicate at least 10 persons were sent to El Salvador over the weekend in violation of these legal requirements. Aren't the officials who did so criminals by your logic?
Deportation is a legal process and their are many factors which go into the decision to deport or not according to law. Your simple minded ignorance is noted.
@AverageJoe1
That Americans don't realize they are about to lose their freedoms by not fighting for "due process" for immigrants (illegal or not) is terrible. Anyone who believes the people sent to a prison in El Salvador deserves it, hasn't looked at the full picture. If this can happen, and laws are broken, you also risk having the same happen to you! The due process is put in place to protect US citizens so you are always guaranteed due process. If you let it go for immigrants, you run the risk of letting it go for yourself.
Trump is basically saying "I'm going to do whatever I want and no one gets to stop me". No rule of law, no rights, no freedom.
This is terrifying.
@AverageJoe1 saidCriminals deserve due process. That's a foundational, core belief of our Republic. In grade school everyone learns about John Adams serving as defense attorney for the British soldiers accused of murdering civilians. He argued they were acting in self defense. This story is a powerful reminder of the seriousness in which our founding fathers valued the right to legal representation.

Administer justice impartially or lose the respect of your own citizens and the world.
@Lundos saidOnly due process of law illegal immigrants have is deportation when caught.

No citizens or legal immigrants are losing any sort of due process.
@Cliff-Mashburn saidThe dude who was deported from Maryland without due process was a legal resident. He had a family. He was here for a decade. Whoever is giving you the information that you used to form this conclusion is wrong.

No citizens or legal immigrants are losing any sort of due process.
In 1903, the Supreme Court in the Japanese Immigrant Case reviewed the legality of deporting an alien who had lawfully entered the United States, clarifying that "an alien who has entered the country, and has become subject in all respects to its jurisdiction, and a part of its population" could not be deported without an "opportunity to be heard upon the questions involving his right to be and remain in the United States." In the decades that followed, the Supreme Court maintained the notion that "once an alien lawfully enters and resides in this country he becomes invested with the rights guaranteed by the Constitution to all people within our borders"

@wildgrass saidSo after the country was founded, Benjamin Franklin found a brit hiding in a wood shed. He went crazy and talked to a ship captain, to take him the hell back to England.

But up steps Button Gwinnett, the Georgia representative. He says " This man who invaded our land and brought war has rights, we have to hold him, give him a trial!?!?!?!?
Wildgrass??
@no1marauder saidHe was sent by error......not 'illegally'. To do something illegally certainly must require the element of intent to commit an illegality.

@AverageJoe1 saidMy understanding is that the most active British loyalists relocated on their own after the Revolutionary war (mostly Canada, I learned this when visiting Nova scotia), but the vast majority remained in the USA with full citizenship.

Am I wrong?
(Obviously the situation is a little different in war time. There were also evacuations, peace treaties etc. that dictated what happened to British soldiers)
@wildgrass saidNot wrong, just irrelevant, but what's new with you goal post liberals.

Try again. He is a redcoat soldier who is hiding in a woodshed, gripping a musket. You know that he is not a citizen, why do this. I just wasted more ink on a liberal that cannot handle logic and common sense.
The proper answer was put him on the boat
You just cannot bring yourself. The School of Marauder.
@AverageJoe1 saidBut they didn't do that. Loyalists were granted citizenship.

@wildgrass saidWho said loyalist? Geez
But they didn't do that. Loyalists were granted citizenship.
@AverageJoe1 saidThe point lost in your scenario is that due process under the law is a core component of our Republic. Of course, criminals are bad. Multiple felonies are bad. Defying orders by federal judges is wrong. But these criminals are still provided due process.
Who said loyalist? Geez
@AverageJoe1 saidI'm glad to let you know little joe that plain cloths homeland security just came to my apartment looking for one of my neighbors. After an exchange of words, I kicked them right the f-out of our apartment building as they did NOT have an arrest warrant. They weren't happy about that, and that makes me extremely happy. 🙂 BTW, they came to the USA legally; which means: they have committed no crime. F- Drump and F-you loser boy. You and your worthless false gods are headed straight to hell where you all belong. 🙂
