STANG/Sambo has been told time and time again to quit it by the site admin. He hasn't. It earned STANG a permanent ban from the forums and hopefully it'll earn his new account the same.

I have avoided commenting on STANG for some time, but, I must admit that his forum vacation was a welcome change.
Quite honestly, an as I've told STANG in the past, I think he could be much more effective if he focused his political efforts on something other than spewing his rhetoric out on a Chess site. Come on now, surely there is a better use of his time and obvious enthusiasm.
Finally, and I suspect you may accuse me again of having an 'Ad Populum' opinion, I think that you are a numbnut.
