And then this mad-hatter focus on paedophilia. Uhuh. You can treat perps as criminals (which they are) and you can treat perps as mentally ill (which, to a certain extent, they are too).
You can lock paedophiles in prison, but what when they’re released? How’s that in the public interest?
There are degrees in paedophilia. Does someone act upon instincts? In some States people marry 13 year olds legally.
There are many 14 year old prostitutes in the US.
There are paedophiles who contain their urges by getting psychiatric help or watching manga-based porn.
There are sex offenders who were 18 and were caught having sex with a 16 year old.
It’s a very complicated issue and one can only wonder why republican senators are so interested in it. What sort of answer do they think an educated person is going to give? Lock them up and throw away the key?
So simplistic. And the whole 3 days is just a complete waste of tax payers money.

The man who lied for over a year about Sandy Hook? 20 six-year-olds and 6 educators died at Sandy Hook. Alex Jones said it was a false flag operation. And he's finally going to have to pay for those evil lies. That is, if he ever has the balls to go to his deposition.
