Well it seems to be a moot point since we see nothing like indications of alien life ANYWHERE yet and the likelyhood growing weaker year by year the more we probe the nearby universe.

We might be the only 'advanced' 'civilization' in the milky way.

I won't be working up a huge sweat over it.

Before going into outer space creatures, would you tell us if China told the USA to quit promoting democracy? You know, the other thread? why do libs not answer questions, especially the easy ones. It is not like I am asking Sonhouse everything that he has researched on Trump.
