And that, my friends, is why debt is SO GREAT!!! Trump figured it out, but does it on such grand scale that it sticks out to folks that 'just don't get it'. Whew.
You people remember when the Republicans were the party that hated debt?
Yes, but in different scenario. If what you say were correct, that would mean we think $24 trillion is OK to Have in debt.
@quackquacksaid Why would anyone take a bullet for a leader? You pay them out of your tax money to make your life better.
Here's Quack. One would take a bullet, like Reagan's body guard, or me, if it would result in his leading our country out of , or away from, a coup (call it what you will) that might put my children in a socialist society.
I for one cannot iMAGine being mixed up with people I don't want to mix up with,,,,,I am afraid that that is one of the results of going socialist. Creepy.
@vivifysaid Assuming the person in office is someone you gladly voted for, would you take a bullet to save the life of your world leader?
On principle, democracy believers in democratic societies should all be willing to take a bullet for democratically elected world leaders, as we are then not taking a bullet for any particular person... but taking it for a whole system.
When that stops, the state is in a bad position. There is no longer trust or reason for it to be united together.
