Jared Kushner lives in Florida, on a pool float. He had no experience as a diplomat or as a financial consultant before his employment at the White House. He negotiated US deals with the Saudis. His estimated earnings while employed in the White House was $157 million. Then, the Saudi government gave him $2 billion to invest in US markets. He is a vegetable in Florida and does nothing but makes bank.

Please don't try to suggest these foreign government investments had nothing to do with his influence and namesake within US politics.

But y'all don't care. Hunter Biden over and over and over again. The drug addict grifter and playboy. We all get it. Conservatives don't seem to care about corruption, only politics.

If we actually cared about corruption, we'd recognize there are hundreds of family members of congress that benefit from namesakes. Laws won't be passed to prevent it because you're too distracted by the newest shiny political object - Hunter.

In today's political environment, neither side is willing to look in their own backyard, admit fault of any kind, or be willing to clean up their own mess. Instead, they blindly follow their respective media outlets and endlessly attack the other side. This generates profits for both left- and right-wing media outlets and relieves people of the burden of having to think for themselves. I must admit to being occasionally guilty of this myself but have found a useful antidote: 1. In the evening, clear off my desk, turn off the TV, cellphone, and computer, 2. Put on some ancient Celtic music. 3. Set up my board and start playing through GM games or working through tactics exercises. This is my "little world of sanity" The soft sounds of medieval Europe + a physical board and wooden pieces seem to be made for each other! After 1-2 hrs. of this I go to bed and wake up much happier than if I had focused on politics. 🙂

Yeah the guy who screwed up his own property portfolio is an obvious choice for handling 2billion in investments. Corruption runs through the veins of all political systems but we must pretend to be appalled by the Hunter story.
I was hoping the Biden campaign will pick up on this story about mid 2024.

It sounds like you're apologizing for the right wing focus on Hunter. New threads every day. You think it's just media bias or something deeper... tribalism maybe?

Corruption never gets addressed in a meaningful way until we rid ourselves of this logical fallacy.

I love your meditation routine. Seems very relaxing.

No, that’s not it. No one in any of the media are talking about Jared and what went on years ago. The media I watch everyone is quite concerned about Joe Biden‘s health and mentality and the nature of his quite irregular finances, which I think you may know about. He is our president. Jared is not our president. I hope that clears things up for you and Sonhouse, the town crier.

Hunter is what went on years ago. Jared is still reaping huge financial rewards from his white house tenure.

Wake up Joe. The media aren't talking about it so it doesn't matter? That's an argument for servitude. Just parrot the talking points fed to you by the RNC and Fox news. What a miserable life.

Do you love all those funny faerie little thumby things, all the libs trade them like we did Valentine cards in the 1st grade. All UP thumbs! How can it be so perfect everytime! Full agreement!

Hey, on another note, US reaches a deal with Iran to free Americans for Jailed Iranians and funds. Boy, I am glad we did not drain our treasury to forgive student loser debts, so we have enough money to give the Iranians. Do you agree? Hey, do you know USA has given $200B to Ukraine, and Euro countries...$20B. I think Shav and Zhalanzi are over there. Well, they don't have money to give, because of the parasitic nature of their citizenship.

Well, you certainly are highlighting a problem with high level politics in America. But there is not much of a comparison here.

Biden shows his guilt by denying accusations, whereas Trump has not been accused of anything concerning Kushner and Saudi money.

Let's not forget, the FBI held back the truth about the Hunter computer, and it still came out. Whereas Trump has been
the most studied individual in American political history since 2016 and nobody went down that road.

But I do commiserate with you

I wasn't implicating trump. But unlike hunter, kushner was a government employee. He worked sweetheart deals with the Saudis. He had zero career experience in foreign diplomacy. And his earnings were more than $100 million. Do you find that suspicious?

Then he leaves the WH and starts a new career as a financial consultant and his biggest initial investor is that same Saudi official he 'helped out' while he was in government?

Come on now. You all can't be this gullible.

The Trump Crime Family subsists on grift. It's all they know. I thought this was obvious.

And OF COURSE to you your god king Trump is totally innocent, secret docs in his bedroom, all over Mar a looogggoo, so now you rightwingnuts downplay the importance of top secret docs, no matter if enemies get ahold of them finding names of collaborators who would be summarily executed AND make other countries wonder why they should give assist to the US when docs are handled so incompetently by a frigging PRESIDENT?
But I guess if ANY Biden makes some money that is a thousand times worse than ANYTHING your god king does.
It doesn't matter so far Trump has been fined 30 MILLION in two fraud cases and one defamation case, maybe running that one up to 35 million because he can't keep his stupid mouth shut.
That is not even counting the other charges going on because now for you zombies the COURTS and JURIES are corrupt, NEVER your god king Trump.
