This person is worthy of ridicule, but not serious engagement in argument or conversation. The responses to your questions demonstrates a deep aversion to telling the truth and a rather unpleasant bent of mind.
You question a person who uses particular techniques that an American courtroom would not admit as either relevant or material responses.
The funny part of this is using accusations of sexism or harassment in response to the simple question related to having made two clearly contradictory statements.
Yes, your question was about the statements, not about the gender of the person.

I was commissioned in MI but went to law school and came out FA. Retired too many years ago to mention here.
Now, I am the liaison to the Pentagon from my US EPA enforcement office.
I specialize in issues related to contamination by munitions.

I was with the pilot of my flight and we watched as the 2nd plane hit in New York. We realized we were not going anywhere that day.
As I spoke to him, just about 15 min from when the 2nd tower was hit, I saw over the pilot's shoulder through the terminal window the smoke rise from the Pentagon.
Had to walk back to DC over the 14th st bridge. had a camera w/me. So I took pictures of the Pentagon burning. One knew then that everything had changed.
