And THEN came his crime.
Trump tried to steal the election from Joe Biden. He called up a mob and tried to throw the election into chaos, on the theory that he could win before SCOTUS with the people he had appointed (probably true, but he failed to get there.)
When Trump became a traitor to America and tried to overthrow our democracy that is when people started to HATE him the way ALL Americans have ALWAYS hated ALL dictators starting with King George III and Louis XVI continuing up through Stalin and Mao and Mussolini, Kim Jong Il, Pol Pot up to Saddam Hussein and Putin.
So now you get it. Trump is a criminal, an insurrectionist and a dictator and we rightly hate him because that is who he has CHOSEN to be. He CHOSE to be these things. So we CHOSE to hate him for his BEHAVIOR.
