Unless they have the most to gain from a nuclear war. Biden tried to start WW3 and none of them complained about it, so maybe there is something to that.

A nuclear war makes their billions of dollars almost useless, as that kind of cataclysm will change the nature of the currency.
Why would billionaires be interested in making their status useless?
Because in the event of nuclear war, billionaires would probably be less interested in their status and more interested in surviving the catastrophic blasts, 500 mph winds they create, and deadly radiation fallout that millions of others would die from. Once safe in their bunkers, there would be plenty of time to plan how deal with the altered nature of currency and their status.
