Another couple of months and for me it'll be 14 years. Never did improve. In fact I think I've gotten worse but I don't care...it's a GAME. 😉

I feel every game is a new challenge - I just have to put my recent losses behind me. 🙂

I once hit the dizzy heights of 1770... now I just get dizzy when I look at the pieces 😉

Hmmm 1770 eh? I'd have to add 1,000 to my rating to get "near" that. But 700+ is an OK balance in a chequing account.

I once hit 1800 + but did it while playing 600 games at once and taking all the wins, wasn't an accurate account of my true rating....I know my chess has slipped over those 11 close to 12 years.

Are you going by the date of your first game, then?
