Each user should only have one name at RHP, but are welcome to stop using one name to come on with another name. If both user names are active at the same time, that is a problem.
I used to be Tuco here.

The problem is if they know the ropes at RHP and do this over and over for some other reason than a simple problem and need to make a new name.
This user is a n00b I would guess, and doesn't really know all the rules... so that can slide. Long time users at RHP should contact Site Feedback if they decide they would like to kill an old user name and have a new one.
That's what I figure.

Couldn't someone say "oh my other account, I've stopped using it" and then do the same again and again swopping backwards and forwards? How many times can you do that?
They cant be 'using' two accounts at the same time anyway, they would have to log out of one, unless they used 2 computers I s'pose, and then they could only be making use of their brain on one account at a time - hence using only one account......
Someone please clarify before I try it. 😉
