well, that's a Christian thing to say.
GB was basically saying that man does not know the future, but God does. God has revealed the future through the Book of Revelation. In this way, Christians (and others who take heed) understand where the future is really going, and no, it has nothing to do with 2012. I've answered questions in this forum about what will happen in end times, only because the people asking seemed to actually want to know, only to be laughed at and ostracized for my beliefs.
So I helped clarify the current popular thinking on the 2012 ideas rather than say what I really thought. This is what I was referring to when I said "pearls before swine". Jesus cautioned against casting your pearls before swine, but what he meant was do not willingly give up your valuables (including thoughts, beliefs and actions) to those who do not deserve them. I've learned the lesson, but GB keeps after the general forum like Don Quixote at the windmill, to similar effect.
