Okay--if we can't agree we deplore Congress, how about disease-carrying mosquitoes? "The HIV Virus? The smell of feces?

We agree on both. "Intrusive politics" was intended as a criticism... too much politicking around;

two few statsemen; and too little principled leadership on the hill (and in the oval office as well).

Too many repetitive threads with similar, monotonous themes.

I have been recently talking over my chess boards about a situation here that has had people fuming...regulations that put the possibility of disturbing the wildlife or digging up an Indian grave ahead of us who live in the area by not digging up dirt to build up a highway that has been underwater for over 5 months until it gets inspected by the Wildlife and Archeology agencies of our national government. In the meantime, we drive hundreds of extra miles around it each week. If a house in the countryside caught on fire, or someone had a heart attack is of less concern to these bureaucrats. I call it the lack of common sense. A person we both know on this site just told me minutes ago that her favorite saying is "Common sense, isn't". Think about it!

From an anonymous benefactress whose identity was immediately guessed by me. It took a few nudges before I realized what she'd done days earlier. It was 12:30 a.m. when I discovered that I had a star added to my ID. I had a hard time sleeping! I have some exploring to do now. (P.S.) I have subscribed to another site for some time, and could not afford both.

Greeting, Ale, to you and your one in a million Prince Among Men.

Thumbs up on both your gratitude for a thoughtful and generous

friend and incisive post on "Commonsense isn't." Regards, Bob
