The only language you hear, when I call up my cell phone provider, is, "What are you guys doing? You are now going to start charging me $30.00 (Cdn)/month for 200 "free minutes", unlimited texting, some number of something to do with the internet? Nope. As a matter of fact I don't want to pay the current $25.00/month . Now how about you give me 50 free minutes (the most I've ever used in a month since I got the thing 6 years ago was 10 minutes) and drop the price to $18.00/month? Sure talk to customer relations. What they can't do that? OK well cancel my account please. What you'll talk to your supervisor? Well tell you supervisor thanks. Yes $18.00/ month is a good price. Yes you have a good day too."
