The software should recognize the 3 fold repetition as well as the 50 move rule and automatically call the game drawn. I think this should be on the "to do" list ahead of any aesthetics that's currently in the works. This is a chess site first and foremost and is rapidly attracting more and more players here.

In the case of Luck's game, I will intervene and message the opponent. If they don’t respond, I will just log in as each player and manually declare the draw.

No the same position repeated, rather then the same moves.
